We were asked to help in finding and hiring for multiple senior roles such as C++, Rust, and Elixir developers, five per position.
What we did:
We put all our forces into this recruitment and literally flooded our Client with great candidates – over 50 candidates in less than a month!
Summary:
Our client hired five C++ developers and one Rust developer and we still cooperate on the further roles.
