Software Developer (Fullstack & DevOps)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable, self-sufficient Software Developer to join our team in a full-time offshore role. This is a hands-on opportunity for an engineer who thrives on ownership and can take features from concept through to production with minimal supervision.

You’ll work across the full technology stack and the underlying cloud infrastructure, building scalable, reliable applications while contributing to every stage of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of features, from requirements and design through development, deployment, and production support.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational and/or NoSQL databases, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
• Build asynchronous workflows and event-driven systems using technologies such as RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Kafka.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, automated deployments, and system monitoring.
• Collaborate effectively with a distributed engineering team, communicating proactively across different time zones.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commercial experience developing full-stack applications with Node.js and React.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, automated pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and container services.
• Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, data modelling, and performance optimization.
• Experience building applications using messaging systems and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to independently scope, build, test, deploy, and maintain production-ready software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience working effectively in remote teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in distributed offshore engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
