About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer who thrives on ownership and enjoys solving complex product challenges from start to finish.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product and Design to transform ideas into polished, production-ready features. You’ll own the entire development lifecycle—from understanding customer problems and designing solutions to implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Location & Employment

• Location: Warsaw, Poland (100% office-based)
• Employment type: B2B contract with our US headquarters

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver user-facing product features across the frontend and backend.
• Translate high-level product goals into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Build across the entire application stack, including UI, APIs, backend services, and data flows.
• Work closely with Product and Design teams, even when requirements are still evolving.
• Continuously improve usability, reliability, performance, and overall product quality.
• Monitor production systems using logs, traces, and observability tools to drive ongoing improvements.
• Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate development and improve engineering workflows.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and long-term ownership of shipped features.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive commercial experience building and delivering production web applications.
• Strong frontend development skills with React and TypeScript (or a comparable modern web stack).
• Solid backend experience designing APIs, business logic, and scalable data flows.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to identify UX improvements and simplify complex workflows.
• Excellent judgment when balancing scope, speed, and technical quality.
• Security-conscious approach to software development and handling sensitive data.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Experience incorporating AI tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot into daily development workflows.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Valid authorization to work in Poland.

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI-powered product experiences, including chat, search, recommendation engines, workflows, or autonomous agent systems.
• Backend development experience with Python, Node.js, or both.
• Experience owning major product areas with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and production-quality engineering.
