About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Frontend React Developer to build business-critical user experiences for next-generation AI products.

In this role, you’ll own frontend architecture from concept to production. You’ll create highly interactive Next.js applications that power real-time AI experiences, working with complex application state, enterprise-scale functionality, and modern frontend technologies.

Location: Warsaw (100% office-based)

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop scalable production applications using Next.js with Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Build intuitive interfaces for AI-powered products, including streaming LLM responses, semantic search, interactive knowledge graphs, and AI agent builders.
• Design and maintain reusable component libraries and contribute to the company’s design system.
• Deliver enterprise-grade features including localization, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and security.
• Monitor application health in production, optimize performance, improve Core Web Vitals, and ensure scalability under heavy traffic.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, mentoring, and best development practices.

What We’re Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• At least 3 years of commercial experience with React and modern TypeScript.
• Strong production experience with Next.js, including App Router, Server Components, and a solid understanding of SSR, SSG, and CSR.
• Experience managing complex application state, including real-time collaboration, optimistic updates, multi-tenant architectures, and large-scale data synchronization.
• Experience building AI-powered interfaces such as chat applications, streaming LLM responses, semantic search, or similar real-time user experiences.
• Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals and high-traffic applications.
• Deep understanding of accessibility, localization, security, and enterprise frontend development.
• Security-first mindset when designing and building applications.
• Strong product intuition with the ability to identify UX improvements and proactively suggest better solutions.
• Experience using AI development tools (such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot) as part of your daily engineering workflow.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with any of the following will be considered an advantage:

• React Flow, Highcharts, or other advanced data visualization libraries.
• Vector search interfaces, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or generative AI user interfaces.
• Node.js or Python for collaborating on backend APIs.
• Building or maintaining design systems.
• Contributions to open-source projects or component libraries.
