    About the Role

    We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Customer Delivery team in Warsaw. In this role, you won’t just test, you’ll ensure that what reaches our clients is stable, secure, and aligned with their operational needs.

    You’ll serve as a quality advocate across the delivery lifecycle, working alongside software engineers, business analysts, and project delivery managers to identify issues early and validate product features before release.     What You’ll Do

    • Design, execute, and maintain test cases for functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.

    • Review technical and business requirements; define clear, testable acceptance criteria.

    • Work closely with developers and analysts during backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups.

    • Identify and document defects clearly, including root cause context and reproducibility steps.

    • Maintain QA documentation and contribute to the setup and maintenance of test case management tools.

    • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) in partnership with customer delivery teams.

    • Collaborate with the automation team on test coverage and script development where applicable.

    • Champion quality across sprints and release cycles; contribute to retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in QA or software testing roles.

    • Solid understanding of QA fundamentals, test case development, defect lifecycle, and release readiness criteria.

    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally in SaaS or B2B enterprise platforms.

    • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.

    • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

    • Analytical thinking with a high attention to detail—especially in handling data-driven workflows and edge cases.
