PHP Developer

We’re looking for a PHP Developer to join our growing Customer Communities team. This is a remote role with meeting in Wrocław once every 2-3 months.

You’ll play a key part in evolving our large-scale SaaS platform as we transition from a monolithic architecture to cloud-native, distributed services on AWS. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and takes full ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on backend services primarily written in PHP (monolith), alongside existing Python-based services.

• Contribute to backend design, development, and testing in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers (React) to design and deliver new features.

• Write clean, tested, and observable code, owning quality from unit tests through E2E testing.

• Participate in code reviews, team rituals, and knowledge sharing.

Tech Stack You’ll Be Working With

• Languages: PHP, React, Python (open to learn)

• Cloud: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, ECS, S3, CloudWatch).

• CI/CD: Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid backend development experience in PHP.

• Familiarity with AWS services and modern cloud-native architectures.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and developer-owned testing.

• A collaborative mindset — you enjoy working cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.

• Curiosity and a beginner’s mind (Shoshin) — eager to learn, improve, and solve real-world problems.
