    Product Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of high-impact features for our platform. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, defining the roadmap, and ensuring that every release delivers measurable value to both our users and the business.

    This is a highly cross-functional role — you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Go-To-Market teams to bring clarity, structure, and focus to complex problems.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategy & Vision

    • Define Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

    • Market Research: Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a strong product-market fit.

    • User Focus: Develop a deep understanding of user needs and pain points through interviews, analytics, and feedback loops.

    Execution & Delivery

    • Requirements Management: Translate product ideas into clear, actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories with acceptance criteria.

    • Roadmap Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and maintenance needs.

    • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams (Engineering, Design, QA) to deliver high-quality features on time.

    • Feature Launch: Lead go-to-market efforts by coordinating release communications, user documentation, and internal training.

    Analysis & Metrics

    • Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and analyze key product KPIs to assess success and guide data-driven decisions.

    • Continuous Improvement: Gather user feedback and product data to drive iterative improvements and long-term product growth.

    Essential Requirements

    • Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager within a software or technology company.

    • Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile development (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.

    • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to use data and metrics to inform product decisions.

    • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

    • Tools: Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and modern product management tools.

    • Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized — capable of balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
