The Role

We are looking for a full-time Professional Services Software Engineer to join our team in Poland. This is a hybrid role where you will play a key part in delivering high-impact, customer-facing experiences by building scalable solutions across our Skilljar and Community platforms. You will thrive in this position if you enjoy a fast-paced environment and working cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Developers, and Product teams.

What You’ll Do

• Frontend Development: Develop and maintain components for custom themes, including navigation, layouts, and reusable UI patterns. You will interpret Figma files to deliver pixel-accurate implementations of customer learning sites.

• AI-Assisted Workflow: Actively utilize and contribute to AI-enabled delivery initiatives, including AI-assisted design generation, code generation, and agentic QA tooling.

• Systems Integration: Integrate frontend logic with REST APIs, webhooks, and data systems such as Salesforce and Gainsight. This includes configuring MCP-based (Model Context Protocol) tool integrations.

• Data Engineering: Execute and automate data migrations for customers transitioning between platforms, including scripting bulk imports and resolving record conflicts.

• Collaboration & Support: Partner with project managers and designers to meet customer-specific UI requirements. You will support live environments by resolving issues within SLAs during EMEA daytime hours.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Professional Services or Enterprise product implementation; SaaS experience is highly preferred.

• Frontend Skills: 2-4 years of practical experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. You should be comfortable with Vue (for Skilljar) or React (for Community Cloud).

• Backend & Data Skills: Proficiency in Python and Django (or a comparable framework) is required. You must have a solid grasp of OOP principles and be comfortable writing backend scripts and ETL logic.

• AI Tooling: Demonstrated experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools is mandatory. Working knowledge of MCP and agentic tool integration patterns is required.

• Methodology: In-depth knowledge of managing enterprise software implementations using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• Adaptability: Comfort working as a full-stack generalist and juggling multiple active client projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Strong customer-facing communication skills in English to manage expectations directly with enterprise clients.

• Familiarity with LMS or community platforms like Skilljar, Docebo, or Higher Logic.

• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and mobile-responsive development.
