    Marketing & User Acquisition Manager

    About the Role

    We are a fast-growing gaming startup on a mission to bring competitive gaming to a mass-market audience. We build bold, data-driven products that combine real-time competition, strong design, and performance-focused execution.

    This is a high-impact role for a self-starting, metrics-driven User Acquisition Manager who takes full ownership of growth. You will lead acquisition strategy across paid social, creative experimentation, and emerging channels, working directly with senior leadership to build and scale the growth engine from the ground up.

    What You’ll Own

    Paid Social & Performance Marketing

    • Own and scale user acquisition across TikTok, Snap, Meta, and emerging social platforms

    • Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and optimizations with a strong focus on ROAS, CPA, LTV, and retention

    • Build and iterate creative and CPP testing frameworks to support continuous A/B experimentation

    • Partner closely with design to translate insights into winning creative angles, hooks, and formats

    Cross-Channel Growth & Analytics

    • Test and scale incremental acquisition channels, including DSPs and ad networks (e.g., Moloco, Liftoff, Unity, Kayzen)

    • Own attribution infrastructure, including MMPs (Singular preferred), SAN setups, and SKAN 4+ optimization

    • Troubleshoot attribution discrepancies, event mapping, revenue tracking, and partner integrations

    • Define and maintain reporting dashboards, daily KPIs, cohort analyses, and creative-level performance insights

    Growth Strategy & Execution

    • Drive a structured experimentation loop: hypothesis → launch → measure → iterate

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, design, and leadership teams

    • Proactively identify growth opportunities, blockers, and optimization levers

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of hands-on mobile user acquisition experience in gaming

    • Proven experience managing and scaling paid campaigns on TikTok, Snap, and Meta

    • Strong understanding of performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, LTV, and retention

    • Deep knowledge of attribution systems, including MMPs, SKAN, and SAN environments

    • Experience building cohort analyses and structured performance reporting

    • Ability to analyze creative performance by angles, hooks, and execution patterns

    • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment

    • Strong execution skills with a bias toward action and iteration

    • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Claude) to accelerate creative production, testing velocity, and competitive research

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with DSPs or additional ad networks

    • Familiarity with U.S.-based sports audiences

    • Exposure to sweepstakes, fantasy, or competitive gaming models
