Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you’ll take charge of the full life-cycle development of our platform products. Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear and concise product definitions.
• Managing end-to-end development, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Providing valuable insights into infrastructure projects, expanding beyond interfaces and GUI.
• Managing and prioritizing the team backlog, breaking down requirements into actionable user stories.
• Communicating product definitions and requirements through comprehensive PRDs.
• Building bridges between business and technical teams to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Management, O&M (Organization and Methods), Logic, Mathematics, or completion of a System Analysis course.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in system analysis of large-scale software projects, showcasing successful product deliveries.
• Proficiency in managing team backlogs, breaking down requirements into user stories, and effective task prioritization.
• Strong ability to articulate product definitions and requirements through clear and concise PRDs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Desirable Skills:

We value the following additional skills and experience:

• Understanding of Trading Platforms and Risk/Dealing Management Systems, offering expertise in financial markets.
• Previous programming experience, providing insights into technical development aspects.
• Familiarity with iterative product development in a Scrum environment, ensuring adaptability and agility.
• Experience with SQL and Data Structures, enabling data-driven decision-making and analysis.
