AI Video Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level AI Video Creator who combines strong generative AI production skills with a solid understanding of cinematic storytelling.

In this role, you will create structured, AI-driven video content — ranging from short dramatic scenes to experimental visual projects — working under creative direction with a high level of autonomy.

Responsibilities

AI Video Production
Create AI-generated video scenes and sequences, including projects of 5+ minutes in length.

Script-to-Screen Translation
Translate written scripts into compelling visual content using generative AI workflows.

Multimodal Integration
Combine image, video, and sound generation into coherent, well-paced scenes.

Creative Ownership
Work independently on assigned creative tasks and develop visual storytelling that aligns with the creative direction.

Workflow Optimization
Contribute to improving AI production workflows and collaborate with senior creative leads while adhering to established production standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Generative AI Tools
Strong experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, or similar; AI image generators such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar; and audio/sound generation tools.

Cinematic Fundamentals
Deep understanding of visual structure, composition, pacing, and storytelling.

Autonomy
Proven ability to work independently without step-by-step guidance and deliver complete AI-driven creative projects.

Video Editing
Knowledge and experience with Premiere Pro is a plus.

Languages
Good English skills for reading scripts and collaborating effectively within remote teams.

Experience & Background

Experience in AI video/content creation, or a background in film, video production, or digital storytelling combined with hands-on experience using AI tools.

A background in film production, advertising, media, or digital content creation is a plus.

Bonus Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI audio and music tools, such as ElevenLabs, Udio, or Suno.
• A “hacker” mentality — a passion for testing and experimenting with new tools as soon as they are released.

Portfolio Requirements

To be considered for the role, candidates must provide a portfolio featuring:

• Relevant personal or professional creative projects built using AI tools.
• At least one 1–5 minute AI video or experimental film.
• An updated Instagram profile or video showcase.
• A brief explanation of the candidate’s specific responsibilities and contribution to the creation of each video.
