RemoDevs, DevsData, dotLinkers, NTIATIVE and Bee Talents are five agencies to consider when recruiting DevOps engineers in Poland. Start by deciding what you need: a direct hire, an external specialist joining your team, or recruiting capacity for several vacancies.
For a DevOps role, ask each agency how it will establish production experience, confirm on-call expectations and separate recruiter screening from engineering assessment. A list of cloud tools on a CV is only the starting point.
This comparison is published by RemoDevs, which is included in the shortlist. We reviewed the agencies’ public service pages and relevant role or case evidence on October 23, 2026. The list is an editorial selection, presented without performance ranks.

How we chose these agencies
Each agency has an identifiable recruitment service relevant to hiring in Poland and public evidence of DevOps or cloud recruitment, through role coverage, an advertised assignment or a published case. This is a focused shortlist, not an exhaustive survey of the Polish market.
The comparison covers recruitment services. It does not assess managed infrastructure or software delivery. We reviewed public information, without testing the agencies through a live procurement exercise or auditing their results. A job advertisement shows recruiting activity, not a successful placement. The suggested use cases are our interpretation of the evidence; several agencies may suit the same assignment.
A closer look at the five agencies
RemoDevs
RemoDevs helps international companies recruit specialist engineering talent across Poland, including DevOps, cloud infrastructure and SRE professionals. Nationwide sourcing supports remote, hybrid and location-specific searches. Success-fee recruitment is available, with the scope and commercial terms agreed before the search starts.
The published RemoDevs screening process connects role calibration and targeted sourcing with recruiter screening, focused candidate presentations and interview coordination. Screening covers experience, communication, motivation, expectations and practical fit. The client’s engineers normally own product-specific technical validation unless a separate assessment has been agreed.
For an engineering leader hiring in Poland, that process provides a shortlist with context: relevant production responsibilities, working arrangements, availability and the questions to explore in the technical interview.
DevsData
DevsData’s recruitment service lists DevOps and cloud coverage, direct permanent hiring and success-fee terms. It also describes a technical-interview stage led by an engineer.
For a production infrastructure role, the assessment should address the work you are hiring for, such as incident handling, cloud permissions, networking and deployment safety.
A sample assessment summary will help your engineers decide which findings they can use and what to explore further in their own interview.
dotLinkers
dotLinkers presents success-fee and RPO options and describes building R&D centres and technology hubs in Poland. Its published Principal DevOps Engineer assignment in Kraków covers AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD and observability.
That assignment is particularly relevant to companies building a local engineering team.
Comparable searches can show whether the proposed recruiter has worked with first infrastructure hires or established platform teams, and how office requirements affected sourcing.
NTIATIVE
NTIATIVE’s expertise page explicitly includes DevOps across AWS, Azure and GCP. It describes permanent and B2B contract recruitment, alongside retained, subscription and embedded arrangements.
If you are comparing ways to engage recruitment support in Poland, establish the scope before comparing prices. Finding someone for your company to engage directly differs from supplying an external specialist through a provider.
A clear proposal names the contracting parties, recruitment responsibilities and any ongoing administration. Additional market-entry or operational support should be evaluated as a separately defined service.
Bee Talents
Bee Talents offers RPO alongside retainer and success-fee recruitment. Its Semantive case study describes an embedded recruitment project that included cloud and DevOps roles among a wider range of hires.
The case documents a 2021–2022 hiring programme, so it is useful background rather than a current delivery benchmark.
For several vacancies, ask who would join your hiring process, what recent infrastructure searches they have handled and how they would divide their time across the roles.
Choose the service model before comparing proposals
For one direct hire, compare agencies against the same recruitment brief. If you need a specialist for an agreed period, or several searches need dedicated attention, a different model may fit.
| Your requirement | Model to discuss | Responsibility to clarify |
|---|---|---|
| Recruit an engineer your company will engage directly | Direct recruitment, with agreed success-fee or retained terms | Your team selects the person; define sourcing, screening and offer support |
| Add an external engineer to your existing team | IT staff augmentation | Your team manages daily work and priorities; define the provider’s contractual and coordination scope |
| Add recruiting capacity across several vacancies | RPO or an embedded recruiter | The recruiter works in your hiring process; your managers retain hiring decisions |
If you want a supplier to operate infrastructure or take responsibility for a migration outcome, request that delivery service explicitly. Recruiting an engineer does not itself transfer responsibility for uptime, security or a project deadline to the agency.
Give agencies a DevOps brief they can source against
Describe the work before sending a tool list. A first infrastructure hire building a platform needs a different search from an engineer joining an established operations rotation.
Include:
- Production responsibilities: what the engineer will own, maintain or change, and who else shares that work.
- Environment: cloud platform, Linux and networking requirements, deployment setup, infrastructure as code and any legacy systems.
- Reliability expectations: incident response, escalation, on-call frequency, working-hour overlap and how coverage is arranged.
- Seniority evidence: decisions the person must make independently and examples you expect them to explain.
- Practical constraints: compensation basis, contract preference, location, office schedule, interview stages and desired start date.
For example, a hypothetical AWS search might require someone who has operated a production Kubernetes environment and improved deployment recovery. Another team might need Azure infrastructure experience without Kubernetes. Make those distinctions explicit so recruiters can explain why a profile fits.
For remote hiring, establish the required hours of overlap. For hybrid hiring, state the actual office schedule and confirm that candidates can meet it. An agency’s office location does not define the reach of its candidate search.

Ask for evidence of production ownership
Use the responsibilities in your brief to agree on the screening plan. The questions below help clarify what an agency can establish before submission and what needs your technical interview. Choose the areas relevant to the vacancy.
| Area relevant to the role | Evidence to explore | Follow-up for the agency |
|---|---|---|
| Production incidents | A specific failure, the candidate’s role and the reasoning behind recovery steps | Will your summary distinguish personal decisions from the wider team’s work? |
| Infrastructure changes | How changes were reviewed, tested and introduced safely | Which examples will you establish before submission, and who evaluates their technical depth? |
| Deployment and rollback | A release problem and how service was restored | Does the assessment explore recovery as well as pipeline creation? |
| Access and security | How production permissions, credentials and sensitive changes were handled | What remains for our security or engineering interview? |
| Observability and collaboration | How the engineer investigated a problem and worked with developers to address it | Can the candidate explain the evidence and trade-offs clearly in our working language? |
Ask to see an anonymised candidate presentation before appointing an agency. It should distinguish reported experience, completed checks and open questions, so your interviewers know where to focus.
Compare the cost and timeline for the same scope
Keep compensation, agency fees and provider billing separate. A gross employment salary, a contractor’s invoice amount and a customer-billed augmentation rate represent different costs. Ask each supplier to label currency, period, tax treatment and included services.
For recruitment proposals, establish the fee basis and payment trigger, whether technical assessment costs extra, and the treatment of candidates already known to your team. Read the replacement clause against a practical scenario: what happens if the person never starts, or leaves after starting? A replacement search and a refund are different remedies.
On timing, ask for separate estimates for the first relevant profiles, an accepted offer and the engineer’s start date. Candidate notice periods and your interview availability still matter. If a provider quotes an average, ask which comparable searches it includes and how paused or unfilled assignments were handled.

Questions employers ask about DevOps recruitment agencies
Can we assess infrastructure experience without giving candidates production access?
Use a sanitised scenario or a discussion of the candidate’s previous work. For example, describe a failed deployment and ask what they would investigate, how they would recover and what evidence would guide the decision. Agree on the evaluator and criteria before interviews begin.
What if the first shortlist misses the brief?
Give feedback against specific requirements: production ownership, cloud experience, working arrangements or compensation. Ask the agency what it will change in sourcing or screening and when you will review progress. Establish this feedback process when comparing proposals, so both sides know how a search will be adjusted.
