Our role:
We were asked to help in finding and hiring for multiple senior roles as Julia Developer, DevOps, and Frontend (React) Developer, as well as for more scientific roles – Optimization Researcher.
What we did:
At first, we had to deep-dive into clients’ requirements as their product is super innovative and they’re pioneers in the field of aggregating data using the most advanced Machine-Learning tools.
Summary:
We’ve successfully managed to help our client hire 4 people by now.
