As we continue to scale globally and push the boundaries of mobile gaming, we’re looking for a Unity Team Leader to lead talented engineering teams and help shape the future of our products and technology.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Growth

• Lead and mentor multiple client-side development teams, providing both technical and managerial guidance.

• Attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent.

• Build a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous growth.

Global Scaling

• Manage global engineering teams across multiple locations.

• Drive the setup, development, and growth of new international engineering sites.

• Establish effective processes and ways of working across distributed teams.

Architecture & Infrastructure

• Partner with client-side teams to maintain and evolve shared infrastructure and architecture across multiple applications.

• Collaborate closely with backend architects to define and align client-server interfaces.

• Help establish scalable technical standards and best practices across teams and products.

High-Impact Delivery

• Deliver high-performance games played by millions of users worldwide.

• Work across Android, iOS, and WebGL using modern technologies and development practices.

• Balance technical quality, performance, scalability, and speed of delivery.

Hands-on Development

• Contribute directly to client-side development and implementation of new features.

• Maintain and improve existing codebases.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

• Optimize games for a wide range of devices to deliver a smooth and engaging player experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.

• 2+ years of proven managerial or engineering leadership experience, with a strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining engineering talent.

• 2+ years of hands-on Unity experience on mobile platforms, including scripting APIs, 2D tools, UI, and animations.

• Strong technical expertise in C#, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and software design patterns.

• Solid understanding of multithreading and client-server communication.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.

• A hands-on mindset and the ability to balance technical leadership with people management.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing large, multi-team engineering organizations at scale.

• Native mobile development experience on Android and iOS, including Java and Objective-C.

• Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• Experience or strong understanding of backend development.
