As our Director of AI Products, you’ll define the product direction that sits at the heart of this platform—deciding what we build, why it matters, and how AI becomes useful, trusted, and enterprise-ready.

About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial product leader to shape the future of our AI product portfolio and lead the team responsible for bringing that vision to life.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll work closely with the CEO and CTO to define product strategy, lead a team of AI-native Product Managers, and collaborate with Design and Engineering to turn ambitious ideas into products customers love. You’ll balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution, prioritizing the initiatives that create the greatest customer and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and CTO to define and evolve the company’s AI product strategy.
• Translate strategic vision into clear product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI-native Product Managers.
• Work closely with Design and Engineering to take products from concept to successful delivery.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Build enterprise AI products that customers trust through strong evaluation frameworks, explainability, governance, and intuitive AI experiences.
• Use direct customer feedback, research, and data to guide product decisions and define success metrics.
• Champion AI-native ways of working across product discovery, research, specification writing, prototyping, and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading Product Management teams and building high-performing product organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to shape product strategy and translate vision into successful product delivery.
• Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, evaluation frameworks, and enterprise AI products.
• Strong product judgment with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to move quickly with confidence.
• Deep customer focus, using user insights and measurable outcomes to guide product decisions.
• Experience building products for enterprise customers with high expectations around security, reliability, governance, and trust.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate strategy and product direction.
• An AI-native approach to product management, using AI tools daily to accelerate research, analysis, planning, and execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience shipping production-grade agentic AI systems, including orchestration, tool-calling, retrieval, or autonomous workflows.
• Experience building and delivering enterprise software for large organizations with strict compliance and audit requirements.
• A strong technical background that enables effective collaboration with senior engineering teams and informed product decision-making.
