Our headquarters are based in Paris, while our engineering team works remotely from different locations.

What You’ll Do

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll become an integral member of our engineering team, taking ownership of projects and contributing to technical decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining Node.js backend services for content migration pipelines.
• Designing and implementing data transformation layers to migrate legacy CMS content into modern platforms such as Arc XP.
• Troubleshooting and resolving data inconsistencies across multiple systems.
• Building reusable frontend component libraries following established design patterns.
• Optimizing application performance, improving Core Web Vitals, and ensuring accessibility and responsive design best practices.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code while collaborating closely with the team.

What We’re Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of commercial experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience developing backend applications with Node.js.
• 3+ years of experience building applications with React.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs.
• Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals, web performance, analytics, and accessibility.
• Working knowledge of Redis (caching, queues, pub/sub).
• Basic experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Professional English (B2 level or higher).
• Ability to quickly understand and work within existing codebases.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns and development best practices.
• Passion for writing clean, readable, and maintainable code.

Nice to Have

Experience with any of the following will be considered an advantage:

• Modern CMS platforms such as Directus or Strapi.
• Analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or Piano.
• SEO best practices and technical optimization.
• Large-scale content or database migration projects.
• Performance optimization for content-heavy websites.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Custom React-based frameworks.

Recruitment Process

1. HR Interview (approximately 1 hour)
   • Introductory conversation with HR.
   • Technical pre-screening conducted in English.
   • Please note that this interview will be recorded and shared with our engineering team for evaluation.
2. Technical Interview (approximately 90 minutes)
   • In-depth discussion focused on your technical knowledge and experience.
3. Final Interview (approximately 30 minutes)
   • Conversation with our CTO.
