The Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer specializing in agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration. This role goes beyond simple API integrations—you will design the “brains” that enable agents to handle ambiguity and independently solve complex problems such as bank reconciliation or logistics.

• Own Problem Spaces: Take full ownership from problem discovery to delivering agentic solutions.
• Beyond RAG: Design and implement advanced multi-agent orchestration patterns beyond standard RAG approaches.
• Technical Authority: Drive key architectural decisions and build scalable, long-lasting AI systems.
• Autonomous Execution: Operate with minimal oversight, navigating ambiguity and delivering solutions without detailed specifications.

What We Are Looking For

• Solid Backend Fundamentals: Proven experience building and delivering production-grade systems.
• Advanced AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with agent operations (evaluations, tracing, observability), tool usage patterns, and autonomous reasoning.
• Orchestration Mastery: Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as LangGraph, Airflow, or Prefect.
• Data Integration: Strong SQL skills and experience with APIs, webhooks, file ingestion, or ETL pipelines.
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in ambiguity, taking ownership proactively, and prioritizing practical solutions over perfection.

Our Stack

• Backend: Golang (monolithic architecture)
• Frontend: Vue/Nuxt (backend-focused role)
• Infrastructure: GCP, PostgreSQL
• AI: Agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph

Success in 90 Days

Within your first three months, you will:

• Deliver multiple features to production
• Introduce at least one improvement to the codebase or engineering practices
• Build trust and take full ownership of a workstream independently
