Frontend Developer

We are seeking a Mid-Level Frontend Developer with strong implementation skills and a growing architectural understanding. In this role, you will deliver high-quality UI components, own features end-to-end, and develop expertise in modern frontend practices and product-driven thinking. You will work with a cutting-edge technology stack and collaborate closely with design and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.

Core Profile

• Experience: 3–6 years of frontend development on production web applications.

• Education: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Technology Stack (2025/2026)

• Languages: Strong JavaScript skills; practical TypeScript experience preferred.

• Frameworks: Proficiency in React 18+/19 (Hooks, Context, Server Components awareness); experience with Vue 3 or Angular 17+ is also acceptable.

• Meta-frameworks: Next.js (App Router) or Remix, including SSR/SSG concepts.

• Build Tools: Vite (preferred) or Webpack; experience with modern bundlers and linters like ESLint or Biome.

• Styling: Tailwind CSS, modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, responsive design), and component libraries such as shadcn/ui or MUI.

• State & APIs: REST/GraphQL integration, authentication flows, and data-fetching libraries like TanStack Query.

• Testing: Vitest or Jest for unit tests, Testing Library, and basic Playwright/Cypress E2E experience.

• Accessibility: Semantic HTML, ARIA basics, WCAG 2.2, and keyboard navigation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Feature Delivery: Manage end-to-end features including requirements analysis, UX discussions, implementation, testing, and production monitoring.

• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; actively participate in code reviews.

• Collaboration: Partner with designers and backend engineers for seamless integration and high-quality experiences.

• Ownership: Maintain specific codebase areas by fixing bugs, refactoring, and improving performance and accessibility.

• AI Acceleration: Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development workflows.

Growth & State-of-the-Art Expectations

• Advanced Patterns: Learn and implement advanced React patterns such as Server Components, Suspense, and streaming.

• Technical Design: Contribute to architectural discussions and tooling selection under team guidance.

• Product Mindset: Understand user flows, track feature metrics, and suggest UX improvements.

• Stay Current: Keep up with frontend evolution, including Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards, and emerging APIs.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Storybook or animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP).

• Exposure to monorepos (Nx, Turborepo).

• Basic backend understanding (Node.js, APIs) and CI/CD familiarity.

• Open-source contributions.
