Senior Java Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Java Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team. This is a hands-on technical role for a developer who enjoys solving complex challenges and contributing across both backend and frontend systems. You will play a key role in building scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions that power our next-generation applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain features across the entire application stack — from backend services to modern, responsive user interfaces.

• Backend Engineering: Build and enhance scalable backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and event-driven architectures (Kafka).

• Frontend Contribution: Develop interactive and user-friendly frontends using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.

• Data Management: Work with PostgreSQL and other data stores, ensuring high performance, reliability, and integrity.

• Quality & DevOps: Promote code quality, implement unit and integration testing, and collaborate on CI/CD pipeline improvements.

• Architecture & Collaboration: Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and close collaboration with Product Owners, Developers, and QA Engineers.

Essential Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.

• Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java (or Kotlin) and the Spring Boot framework.

• Data & Messaging: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (or other relational databases) and Kafka.

• Frontend Expertise: Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.

• Architecture & DevOps: Solid understanding of microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Methodology: Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and following modern development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.

• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
