We are seeking a full-time, independently contracted Frontend Developer to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality, customer-facing front-end solutions that accelerate implementations and enhance user experience across enterprise SaaS environments.
About the Role
As a Frontend Developer, you will work within the Emerging Products team to deliver visually polished, scalable, and accessible front-end experiences. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys working directly on customer-facing implementations that require both strong technical execution and design sensibility.
You will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and solutions engineers to translate customer requirements into reliable, production-ready front-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development & UI Implementation

Design, develop, and maintain front-end components for custom themes, including layouts, navigation, and reusable UI patterns.

Own the visual design and front-end implementation of customer-facing learning and community sites.

Build responsive, brand-aligned interfaces using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript best practices.
Integration & Delivery

Integrate front-end components with APIs, webhooks, and data systems such as CRM, Salesforce, and SSO solutions.

Implement, test, and deploy code following GitHub-based workflows, ensuring accessibility, performance, and security standards.
Collaboration & Support

Work cross-functionally with project managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-specific UI requirements.

Support live customer environments by reviewing pull requests, performing QA, and resolving issues within defined SLAs, including EMEA daytime coverage.

Contribute to a shared component library to improve reuse, consistency, and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
-
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Professional Services, enterprise product implementation, or a related SaaS environment.

Strong practical experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or C#).

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Experience working with APIs, web services, and webhooks.
Enterprise & SaaS Exposure

Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, data integration processes, Salesforce, and SaaS platforms.

Experience delivering enterprise software implementations using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
