The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned QA Engineer with a strong focus on precision and engineering excellence. As a senior member of the PaaS Customer Delivery team in Warsaw, you will play a key role in delivering reliable and scalable solutions to enterprise clients.

This is a high-impact position where you will act as the final quality gate for customer-ready features. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product delivery managers, and business analysts to ensure releases are stable and client experiences are seamless.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Test Execution: Design and execute advanced functional, integration, regression, and exploratory test cases for complex platform features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and analysts to review technical requirements and define strong acceptance criteria.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, clearly communicating risks and potential impact on delivery.
• UAT Leadership: Maintain test documentation and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts with delivery teams.
• Automation Support: Contribute to building, maintaining, and scaling automated test suites.
• Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and reporting.
• Quality Advocacy: Promote high quality standards throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in QA Engineering or software testing roles.
• Methodology: Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and lifecycle management.
• Agile: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Tooling: Experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
• Mindset: Analytical thinking with attention to edge cases, system bottlenecks, and potential failure points.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright).
• Experience testing platform-based (PaaS) or multi-tenant enterprise applications.
• Background in SaaS or highly configurable enterprise systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
