Senior Frontend Developer

The Role

We are looking for a full-time Senior Frontend Developer to join our Services team in Wroclaw, Poland. This hybrid role reports to the Manager of Solutions Engineering and plays a pivotal part in scaling our Professional Services frontend delivery foundation.

Your mission: design reusable UI systems, AI-enabled workflows, and frontend standards that increase delivery velocity and maintainability across customer engagements. You will remain hands-on while building shared frameworks, codifying repeatable patterns, and influencing extensibility decisions in partnership with Product and Engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI-Enabled Frontend Delivery Systems

  • Design and maintain reusable UI templates, theming systems, and frontend accelerators (theme frameworks, layout scaffolding, accessibility-safe component patterns).

  • Build internal tooling and workflows for AI-assisted implementation, testing, and documentation.

  • Define validation guardrails for AI-assisted development to ensure generated code meets accessibility (WCAG), performance, and maintainability standards.

  • Codify repeatable frontend patterns to reduce repetitive customization work.

• Improve Scalable Customization

  • Distill recurring frontend friction into standardized approaches and override strategies.

  • Propose architectural improvements, defining extensibility hooks and shared frontend utilities to increase reuse.

  • Partner with Product Engineering to surface customization needs informed by real-world delivery constraints.

  • Translate implementation realities into concrete, data-supported technical proposals.

• Establish Frontend Standards

  • Define and document frontend best practices across Professional Services.

  • Mentor engineers in scalable frontend architecture and responsible AI usage.

  • Promote a culture of reusable systems over one-off implementations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 6+ years building production frontend systems

• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG)

• Frameworks: Experience with at least one major modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte)

• Systems Thinking: Proven experience building or maintaining shared component libraries or design systems

• AI Tooling: Demonstrated practical use of AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude) with strong validation discipline

• Integrations: Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs and SaaS ecosystems

• Collaboration: Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to operate independently across multiple initiatives

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Professional Services or agency experience

• Experience building internal developer platforms or tooling

• Expertise in optimizing frontend performance at scale

• Exposure to LMS, CRM, or community platforms
