AI Product Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead our core AI product stream. In this role, you will own the roadmap and lifecycle for our embedded AI assistant, document intelligence tools, and AI-powered dashboards and reporting features.

We are looking for a product leader who deeply understands how Large Language Model (LLM) products function in production environments, including embeddings, document retrieval, evaluations, tool/function calling, Model Context Protocol (MCP), orchestration, and reliability.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Define the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered experiences across the platform.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and discovery through launch and iteration.
• Establish production standards for AI feature quality, reliability, latency, permissions, and failure handling.
• Make strategic product decisions on when to leverage AI solutions versus traditional UX approaches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and stakeholders to deliver successful product launches.
• Drive product delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuously improve development processes.
• Conduct customer and market research to identify user needs, industry trends, and product opportunities.
• Analyze product data and customer feedback to prioritize features and enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered or LLM-based products in production environments.
• Strong understanding of embeddings, evaluations (evals), tool calling, Model Context Protocol (MCP), orchestration, and current AI limitations.
• Experience in data, analytics, automation, developer tools, or enterprise platform environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage both strategic roadmap planning and day-to-day execution.
• Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to prioritization and product decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
