Recruiting a Scala Developer to join a team developing a social networking app for US university students.
The client required that this person have a minimum of 5 years of back-end programming experience, including 3 years in Scala.
What we did:
We conducted a search on LinkedIn and using recruiting tools. The offer was very interesting and the rate was attractive so within 14 days we managed to find 6 candidates.
The recruitment process for the client was quite long and consisted of five stages, fortunately, after a month of interviews, our candidate was hired and took the role of Scala Developer at Flo.
Thanks to a very interesting offer, in a short period of time we gained 6 candidates, one of whom was employed.
