AI Product Manager – Agentic AI

We are looking for a proactive, innovation-driven AI Product Manager – Agentic AI to join a specialized, cross-functional AI unit focused on exploring, prototyping, and industrializing agentic AI solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs, product strategy, and emerging AI technologies, transforming operational challenges into valuable, scalable AI tools and workflows that drive measurable business impact and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Case Scoping and Prioritization: Analyze business processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and prioritize high-value AI opportunities based on feasibility, business impact, and return on investment (ROI).
• Roadmap and Backlog Management: Develop and maintain a structured roadmap and backlog covering AI experiments, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and production-ready deployments.
• Agentic Solution Delivery: Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build, refine, and deploy AI agents, ensuring reliability, scalability, and effectiveness.
• Enablement and Adoption: Drive organization-wide AI adoption and skills development through hands-on workshops, user guides, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Reusable Asset Creation: Document best practices, reusable skills, and agentic workflows to establish a centralized repository of assets that can be leveraged across multiple projects.

Technical and Operational Environment

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within multidisciplinary squads comprising team leads, product and project owners, and technical engineers, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects.
• AI Engineering Tools: Use advanced AI development tools and coding assistants in daily work, including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and equivalent solutions.
• Agentic Solution Design: Design custom AI agents and equip them with appropriate tools and capabilities using technologies such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and custom tool-calling mechanisms.
• Reliability and Evaluation: Assess the suitability of tasks for AI agent delegation, evaluate agent performance, and ensure reliable execution of business workflows.

Required Profile

• Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Consultant, or Change Management Specialist in complex, multi-project environments.
• Practical AI Expertise: Strong understanding of generative AI and agentic AI, supported by hands-on experience applying AI agents to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, lead workshops, and align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Coordination: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balance competing priorities, and maintain a clear focus on business objectives.
• Mindset and Ownership: A pragmatic, autonomous, and structured approach, combined with a bias toward action, continuous experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
• Adoption Focus: A strong commitment to driving user engagement, organizational change, and the successful integration of AI solutions into everyday workflows.
