Senior FullStack developer
Our role: Finding a Senior FullStack developer for a Polish startup. This person was also supposed to become a team leader, which happened after 2 months.
What we did: It was quite a complicated recruitment. The client required a programmer with very strong skills in both back-end and front-end. After 2 weeks of searching, we managed to find 3 suitable profiles. One of these people was hired and it turned out to be a very good choice because shortly afterwards our candidate became a team-leader and now she also helps the company to recruit other candidates.
Summary: The key to finding the right person was our knowledge of the industry and our wide network of contacts, which resulted in quick recruitment and customer satisfaction.
