Senior Android Developer

Our role: Recruiting a Senior Android Developer to join a team developing a social networking app for US university students (same as for C++/Rust team leader). The client required that this person have a minimum of 5 years of mobile development experience and also experience in creating mobile architecture.

What we did: We conducted a search on LinkedIn and using recruiting tools. The offer was very interesting and the rate was attractive. Thanks to it, we've managed to gather the interest of 3 well-fitted candidates. After 5 recruitment stages, our candidate was successfully hired.

Summary: Thanks to a very interesting offer, in a short period of time we were able to find and deliver the right candidates.
