Recruiting a C++/Rust team leader

Our role: Recruiting a C++/Rust team leader to join a team developing a social networking app for US university students. The client required that this person have a minimum of 5 years of back-end programming experience, including 3 years in C++ or Rust. An additional requirement was experience as a team leader.

What we did: We conducted a search on LinkedIn and using recruiting tools. The offer was very interesting and the rate was attractive so within 14 days we managed to find 7 candidates. The recruitment process for the client was quite long and consisted of five stages, fortunately, after a month of interviews, our candidate was hired and took the role of Team Leader of the team.

Summary: Thanks to a very interesting offer, in a short period of time we gained 7 candidates, one of whom was employed.
