INSART is looking for a new team member in Poland to join our team and enhance the
company’s Recruiting department.

Main responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the endtoend recruitment process (from brief to offer) with IT/non IT
    positions;
  • Work with a wide range of positions from trainee to leadlevel;
  • Publishing job postings and processing incoming applications;
  • Act as a recruitment consultant to hiring managers;
  • Taking ownership of the process of hiring until the job contract is signed;
  • Take part in designing and implementing processes and policies as a part of the RecruitingTeam.

 

Key skills:
  • 3+ years of similar experience in IT recruiting worldwide or in Poland directly
  • Strong understanding of a full cycle of the recruitment processes;
  • Solid experience with different recruiting tools and platforms (experience with CleverStaff be a plus);
  • Experience in conducting different types of interviews;
  • General understanding of technology stacks and roles;
  • English level at least upper intermediate+
  • Ability to selfdriven learning;
  • Good sense of humor and positive life approach.
