As the Startup Cafe Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in curating the ambiance of our Startup Cafe and ensuring its seamless daily operations. Beyond food and drinks, you’ll have the chance to interact with our talented community, fostering friendly relationships while contributing to an enriching startup environment. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in designing and executing the captivating Startup Cafe Concept.
• Oversee the cafe’s daily operations, from opening to closing routines, maintaining cleanliness, and managing kitchen inventory.
• Hire, train, and lead cafe staff, implementing effective management tools.
• Develop weekly work schedules and manage staff absences.
• Source, negotiate with, and order cafe suppliers while ensuring expenses align with the budget.
• Verify delivered cafe supplies and manage inventory, replenishing stock as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing customer concerns.
• Recommend new menu items based on customer preferences and feedback.
• Identify strategies to enhance customer retention and attraction.
• Collaborate with suppliers, officials, and related parties.
• Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in organizing and catering for events hosted within the Hub.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in business administration or business management (advantageous).
