Software Engineer in Test (Automation QA)

We are an agile shop using some of the best technologies available to provide the best possible user experience to our customers. We need bright, driven, innovative engineers to join the team and help us extend the platform, build cool new features and ensure our system meets the scale requirements of our rapidly growing business.


Salary: 4,000 – 5,300 USD/month

  • Aid the team in building important integration and end-to-end automated tests.
  • Enhance existing test coverage to strengthen our ability to detect issues earlier in the process.
  • Build test plans that balance test automation with manual verification. Coordinate testing efforts with manual QA personnel.
  • Use your expertise in testing web and mobile applications to ensure software is deployed to production at the highest possible quality level.
  • Identify and report issues in our issue tracking system.
  • Manage and document test cases.
  • Help the team elevate their ability to deliver quality software.
  • Aid in the process to address critical issues by helping to build tests to expose the bug, so they can be addressed.
  • Perform smoke testing and release regression testing as needed.
  • Work with DevOps to ensure automated tests run early and often.



  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Experience writing test automation for web applications.
  • Experience writing Selenium tests.
  • Experience with junit or other equivalent testing frameworks.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Golang, Java, C#, JavaScript, or others.
  • A good understanding of CSS, HTML and the DOM.
  • Strong skills and experience testing APIs.
  • A good understanding of Git and pull request workflows, including continuous integration.
  • A solid understanding and practical experience applying the agile methodology to projects.
  • Good skills using the terminal for Unix or Linux-based operating systems, including script writing and command-line tools.
  • Experience with docker, kubernetes or other container-based technologies.
  • Experience working with cloud technologies, such as AWS.
  • Good database skills and SQL skills.
