About the Role:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies across various social media platforms. Your role will involve creating engaging visual and written content, driving digital campaigns, and analyzing engagement data to cultivate a strong online presence for our startup community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality visual and written content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Design and execute campaigns to boost followership and engagement.
• Build relationships with influencers and engage with online startup communities.
• Interact with Imaguru mentors, startups, and partners, raising awareness across social platforms.
• Implement SEO strategies to enhance traffic and visibility.
• Create and manage a content plan considering audience, content types, and channels.
• Adhere to posting calendar and employ social media engagement tactics.
• Elevate Imaguru’s brand awareness, followers, and engagement on social platforms.
• Prepare and present regular reports and analyses.
• Contribute to developing the personal brand of Imaguru’s founder.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of the startup ecosystem and a genuine enthusiasm for innovation.
• Proven experience in a similar role with a deep understanding of leveraging different social media platforms.
• Creative skills to craft content that encourages engagement.
• Proficiency in SEO strategies to optimize content reach.
• Effective communication skills, both virtually and in person.
• Fluent English.
