Senior Blockchain Developer

About Us:

We are on the forefront of integrating Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) into Blockchain. FHE represents the cutting edge of mathematics and is emerging as a catalyst for a new class of applications focused on safeguarding user data. Recently, we secured $7M in funding to develop the next generation of privacy-preserving blockchain networks and are in the process of building our core team.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement core protocol layers that interact with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
• Contribute to the development and optimization of consensus algorithms, peer-to-peer networking layers, and other blockchain protocols.
• Analyze Blockchain internals, including gas utilization and internal state transitions, for performance optimizations.
• Lead protocol research initiatives and produce technical papers and documentation.
• Collaborate with external researchers, open-source contributors, and other blockchain protocol teams.
• Work closely with security researchers to identify vulnerabilities in the protocol and contribute to security audits.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in blockchain, decentralized technologies, and cryptography.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, particularly with the Ethereum protocol and EVM internals.
• Strong proficiency in Solidity, Web3.js, and Ethereum development tools like Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix.
• Familiarity with blockchain testing tools such as Ganache and Etherscan.
• Solid experience with frontend and backend technologies (JavaScript, Node.js, React, etc.).
• Understanding of smart contract security best practices, cryptography, and decentralized consensus algorithms.
• Strong understanding of blockchain scalability solutions like layer-2, sharding, rollups, etc.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
• Strong proficiency in Go and Rust.
• Experience with additional blockchain platforms such as Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, or Cardano.
• Familiarity with cross-chain technologies and solutions.
• Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
