As a Senior SAP Functional Consultant, your responsibilities include:

•  **Building Strategic Relationships:** Collaborate with Offering Management, Marketing, Sales, and other external teams to expand revenue streams through innovative sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through models. You’ll be a key player in promoting our Application Professional Services team’s capabilities.
• **Proposal Development:** Manage and develop compelling proposals for SAP Professional Services tailored to our clients’ needs.
• **Consulting Portfolio Expansion:** Contribute to the growth of our consulting portfolio, with a particular focus on S/4HANA solutions.
• **S/4HANA Support:** Provide expert guidance to our customers in architecture and implementation, whether on-premise or in the cloud, as part of S/4HANA transformation projects.
• **Embracing Innovation:** Stay at the forefront of SAP technologies, particularly S/4HANA, and help shape the future of business in this dynamic field.
• **Knowledge Sharing:** Train and mentor colleagues in S/4HANA-related topics, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• **Customer Relationship Building:** Develop and nurture relationships with our existing customers, providing valuable support in presales activities
• **Roadmap Creation:** Collaborate with clients to define a comprehensive roadmap for their SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.
• **Solution Requirements:** Take the lead in defining, structuring, and assessing solution requirements, including BPML, Use Cases, High-Level Design, and Detailed Design Support.
• **Project Management:** Oversee and manage the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions within project teams, ensuring successful outcomes.
• **Scope and Change Management:** Effectively manage scope and change requests while meeting technical requirements.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• **7+ Years of SAP Experience:** A proven track record in consulting with a focus on SAP or SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
• **Specialization:** Experience in at least one of the following areas: SAP Supply Chain, FI/CO, GRC/Security, CRM, HR Payroll, BI, BTP Fiori.
• **SAP Expertise:** Extensive experience in conceiving and implementing SAP solutions in relevant modules, along with a solid understanding of ABAP code.
• **Customer-Centric Approach:** Strong customer orientation, paired with exceptional analytical and conceptual skills.
• **SAP Mastery:** In-depth knowledge of SAP products, project methods, and best practices.
• **Communication Skills:** Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work in virtual or distributed teams
• **Team Player:** Collaborative spirit, capable of training and mentoring colleagues.
• **Language Skills:** Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• **Willingness to Travel:** Ready for occasional travel as needed.
