We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives for Microsoft products in the covered regions of Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Poland. The ideal candidate will take charge of developing and executing sales strategies, leading a sales team, and steering revenue growth for Microsoft’s comprehensive product portfolio.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Microsoft products in Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Poland.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to maximize revenue potential.
- Set ambitious sales targets and create actionable plans to achieve them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using Microsoft products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft’s product offerings, updates, and licensing options.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and increasing product adoption.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with enterprise clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
