Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our blockchain platform, incorporating advanced cryptographic techniques and private computations.
• Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art cryptographic libraries and techniques to enhance the platform’s security and privacy features.
• Develop cross-chain APIs and applications, enabling DApps on other blockchains to utilize our native privacy features.
• Write clear, concise, and well-documented code that can be easily maintained and scaled by other team members.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in blockchain technology and related fields to contribute to the company’s technical vision and roadmap.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of software development experience.
• Proven experience in leading the design and development of complex software projects, preferably in the blockchain space.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Rust or Go) and experience with modern software development practices and tools.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and the blockchain industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
