We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Performance Engineer to join our dynamic and diverse team. As a Performance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a robust performance testing framework. Your creative skills will shine as you plan, implement, and maintain performance testing solutions for various applications, APIs, and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust performance testing framework, including monitoring, reporting, and alerting elements.
• Utilize your creativity to plan, implement, and maintain performance testing solutions for diverse applications and frameworks.
• Identify realistic usage scenarios and gather workload requirements to strategize performance tests based on customer environments and data.
• Analyze the system architecture, establish performance baselines, and define SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Demonstrate your technical expertise by identifying performance tuning opportunities and devising feasible remediation options.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Engineering, Automation, or DevOps, with a steady progression and growth in responsibilities.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Performance Engineer, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
• Experience working with testing tools such as JMeter, NUnit, Load Runner, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional English writing, reading, and communication skills fostering excellent teamwork and client interaction.
• Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language such as C# or Java.
• Sound knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS.
