    The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing the company’s supply of products
    and services. This role involves strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers,
    ensuring that procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations. The
    Procurement Manager will also work closely with various departments to understand their
    procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

    Key Responsibilities:
    ● Develop Procurement Strategies: Design and implement procurement strategies to
    optimize cost, quality, and delivery time.
    ● Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers. Establish and maintain
    strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of
    goods and services.
    ● Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
    ● Purchase Orders: Process purchase orders and requisitions for products and services.
    ● Cost Management: Analyze and monitor market trends and the company’s supply needs
    to manage procurement costs effectively.
    ● Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities comply with
    relevant laws and internal policies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the
    supply chain.
    ● Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain procurement records, analyze data to improve
    procurement strategies, and report on key metrics.
    ● Vendor Performance Management: Evaluate supplier performance and drive
    improvements in quality, delivery, and cost.
    ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as finance,
    operations, and IT to ensure alignment on procurement needs and budgetary

    ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or
    related field.
    ● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a
    related field.
    ● Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    ● Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards.
    ● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    ● Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
    or Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) are a plus.
    ● Advanced English – spoken and written, Spanish – advantage
    Preferred Attributes
    ● Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (Netsuite), Google workspace and
    e-procurement tools.
    ● Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced
    ● Ethical Judgment: Strong sense of integrity and commitment to ethical procurement
