Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. This role is
pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across our organization. The ideal
candidate will split their time equally between managing ERP-related projects and other
technology department initiatives, including IT infrastructure and security projects.

Key Responsibilities:
ERP Project Management (50%):
● Lead and manage ERP implementation, upgrade, and integration projects.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
● Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and supply chain,
to ensure alignment and integration.
● Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
● Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
● Ensure all ERP projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
● Manage change control processes and ensure proper documentation.
Technology Department Projects (50%):
● Oversee IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, server deployments,
and hardware/software installations.
● Manage IT security projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company
policies.
● Work with IT teams to design, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
● Develop project plans for technology initiatives, detailing tasks, timelines, and resources
required.
● Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for technology projects.
● Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external partners as necessary.
● Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
● Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring projects
meet deadlines and deliverables.
● Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably with a focus on ERP and IT
infrastructure/security projects.
● Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
● Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as Netsuite (Dynamics, SAP)
● Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security principles.
● Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in project management software and tools.
● Fluent English
