Position Overview:

As a PR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Startup Hub’s image across multiple locations and perspectives. Your responsibilities will encompass writing press releases, coordinating media engagement, and managing messaging across various platforms. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute PR campaigns and strategies that resonate with our target audiences.
• Monitor public and media sentiment about Startup Hub.
• Craft and edit press releases, speeches, newsletters, websites, and social media content.
• Utilize a range of media channels, including international and local startup press, to manage the company’s portrayal.
• Coordinate web development, content updates, and functionality enhancements for the website.
• Oversee online community building efforts.
• Represent the company at events and maintain a positive company image.
• Develop strong relationships with the media and engage with international press for potential news stories.
• Produce in-house brochures, case studies, and annual reports.
• Generate case studies for client lead generation.
• Measure and enhance the brand’s impact.
• Manage and update social media posts.
• Coordinate and execute photo opportunities.
• Plan, arrange, and oversee events.
• Monitor publicity and press coverage.
• Commission market research to inform PR strategies.
• Coordinate both paid and unpaid advertising efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and PR-related fields.
• Proficiency in writing about startups and venture capital.
• Strong managerial and writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in startup and venture capital environments.
• Access to an international startup media network.
• A network of founders and venture funds is a significant advantage.
• Professional fluency in English.
