As a Payment Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Expertise Development:

• Become an industry expert in payment solutions with a primary focus on the chargebacks flow.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to chargebacks and payment processing.

PSP Integration Research and Design:

• Research various Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and understand their integration requirements.
• Develop tailored integration solutions for each PSP to optimize chargeback processes.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other subject matter experts to create and maintain integration logic, ensuring smooth interoperability with various systems.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement the designed solutions effectively.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

• Identify and troubleshoot ongoing issues related to chargebacks and payment integrations promptly.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve issues, minimize disruptions, and enhance system reliability.

Monitoring and Improvement:

• Proactively monitor integration performance, keeping track of updates and potential improvements in the chargebacks flow.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to optimize the payment solutions.

Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for each integration, including setup instructions, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
• Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Strong understanding of payment processing systems, especially in the context of chargebacks.
• Experience with Payment Service Provider (PSP) integrations and API usage.
