You will join a dynamically developing Data Strategy, Engineering and Innovation team, a part of
global Digital, Technology and Data Hub. As a Lead Analytics Engineer you will be the driving
force behind development of data analytics and data science within communications and
corporate affairs domain globally.

Responsibilities
  • Lead development of analytical solutions within the communications and corporate
    affairs domain.
  • Develop state-of-the-art Tableau and Google Data Studio dashboards to empower and
    support business users in strategic and tactical planning of communication strategies.
  • Analyze A/B and multivariate tests and serve as an advocate for proper experimental design and testing.
  • Work as a domain expert for web analytics – working on business and technical definitions of KPIs connected to web users and their engagement.
  • Develop ETL processes (in Alteryx) to create enriched and business layer in a data lake based on AWS.
  • Build data pipelines to onboard relevant data to the data lake and enable execution of analytical projects.
  • Work with business partners and engineering teams on addressing data quality problems in available data sets and addressing process issues causing data quality issues.
  • Lead POCs of data science and ML solutions leveraging tools such as Data Robot.

What We Expect From You
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics and/or data science area.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in web analytics/tracking user behavior projects
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases concepts (at least 3 years of professional experience).
  • Deep understanding and experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio or other digital analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Quantum, Emplifi)
  • Experience in ETL (preferably Alteryx) and data visualization (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Amazon QuickSight) tools.
  • Working knowledge about running A/B and multivariate tests, knowledge of statistics.
  • Experience in creating data pipelines leveraging AWS tools: Lambda, Glue, S3, Step Functions.
  • Expertise in Python – preferably backed by experience in both data engineering and data science use cases.
  • Ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats using storytelling and logical arguments.
  • Knowledge of key data science and machine learning concepts coupled with some experience in data science projects or willingness to develop in this area.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience working in an Agile team.
  • Fluent English – we are a global team, so a very good command of English is a must.
