To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• **5+ Years of Software Development Experience:** Proven track record in software development.
• **3+ Years of Solution Design and Software Architecture Experience:** Expertise in designing robust software solutions.
• **TOGAF ADM and Well-Architected Frameworks:** Experience in using these frameworks for architectural excellence.
• **Large-Scale Web Applications:** Hands-on experience in designing distributed web applications.
• **Technical Proficiency:** Good understanding and knowledge of Java, Spring, React, PostgreSQL, and Kafka.
• **Infrastructure Experience:** Working experience with VMware and AWS-based infrastructure is a plus.
• **Solution Design Documentation:** Ability to document solution designs comprehensively.
• **Communication and Collaboration Skills:** Very good communication, collaboration, and people management skills.
• **Analytical and Conceptual Thinking:** Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• **Team Leadership:** Experience in leading architect teams.
• **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• **Language Skills:** Fluent English is required for spoken and written communication.
