We’re seeking an experienced IT/IS Manager to spearhead our IT operations, ensuring seamless support, implementation, and maintenance of our systems.     Responsibilities:
    • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals in maintaining, supporting, and implementing IT systems, processes, and infrastructure activities.
    • System Management: Oversee core processes and IT systems, including Network, Cyber Security tools, ERP, CRM, HR systems, and integrations.
    • Operations Management: Manage IT operations across the company, including physical and cloud-based applications.
    • **Helpdesk Management:** Lead the helpdesk team to provide first and second-level support to employees worldwide.
    • **Solution Finding:** Identify and evaluate technical solutions to meet the specific needs of our teams.
    • **Vendor Collaboration:** Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure the delivery of IT activities.
    • **Project Leadership:** Lead advanced IT projects in various areas such as Network, Remote Access, Endpoint Protection, ERP, and CRM.
    • **Procedure Monitoring:** Create and monitor standard IT procedures (SOPs) and produce reports for senior management.
    • **Escalation Support:** Act as an escalation point for IT matters and resolve them efficiently, including hands-on work.
    Requirements:
    • Experience:** Minimum 4 years in IT Manager roles, including managing teams and third-party vendors.
    • Technical Expertise:** Proficiency in applications integration, security, hybrid infrastructure, and service management.
    • Project Management:** Strong project management skills with a focus on end-to-end IT project management.
    • ITIL Practices:** Knowledge and experience with ITIL practices and ITSM solutions.
    • Network Management:** Experience with corporate network setup, maintenance, security, and troubleshooting.
    • Audit and Compliance:** Understanding of corporate information security and audit policies and procedures.
    • Security Tools:** Familiarity with security tools and processes such as Endpoint Security, VPN, Firewalls, etc.
    • Certifications:** Relevant certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ are advantageous.
    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
