Responsibilities:

• Design, model, and package solutions that elevate customer innovation and experience in alignment with our goals.
• Research, develop, and propose fresh innovation development concepts and strategies.
• Conduct interviews, research, and analysis of corporate clients to deeply understand their needs and expectations.
• Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and potential disruptions, identifying market gaps and opportunities for corporate innovation.
• Facilitate connections between corporate clients and our organization, aiding in sales deal closures.
• Provide comprehensive support to corporate clients throughout the innovation process.
• Manage and meet customer expectations, ensuring successful solution delivery.
• Collaborate with the Product Lead to drive change and new processes strategically.
• Contribute to and influence senior leadership’s strategic direction through effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in innovation development for corporations, startup management, and VC industries.
• Profound understanding of corporate decision-making processes and needs.
• Established network of corporate client connections.
• Leadership experience, successfully managing teams of 2 or more employees.
• Strong analytical skills for effective product data processing.
• Exceptional mentorship and coaching abilities, evidenced by team talent growth.
• Experience in building disciplines from scratch, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and cultivating trusted relationships.
