Position Overview:

As the Head of Community, you will collaborate closely with the Program Lead to lead the growth of our community both online and offline. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to attract and engage founders and talent, measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of community growth, and overseeing various community-related activities. You will play a vital role in nurturing and expanding our vibrant community.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with diverse community segments including founders, investors, talent, and corporates.
  • Lead community activities by designing community journey maps, implementing strategic initiatives, and analyzing outcomes.
  • Manage and measure community engagement and growth metrics as key indicators of success.
  • Oversee event organization, 1:1 mentoring support, and engagement strategies to foster community growth.
  • Lead online community activities, attracting and engaging new talent on our platform.
  • Coordinate the collection of ideas, feedback, and research through Community Managers.
  • Serve as the community interface with the Marketing and Product Lines, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Manage a team of community members, mentors, partners, consultants, and other engaged stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for Community Managers and Community Coordinators.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in venture capital activities, accelerators, or early-stage investment firms.
  • Proven track record in building and growing diverse communities of founders, investors, and corporates.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data from various sources to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills at an expert level.
  • Ability to lead teams and effectively manage human resources.
  • Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • A blend of analytical thinking, data appreciation, and creative insight.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Friendly, personable demeanor with a genuine passion for interacting with people.
  • Superb flexibility, multitasking prowess, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
