ERP Solution Consult

Key Responsibilities:

As an Oracle ERP Solution Lead Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

•  **Functional Design Workshops:** Lead and facilitate workshops to identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud. Identify functionality gaps and develop necessary extensions. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand the scope and requirements. Provide support in pre-sales cycles.
• **Solution Architect:** Utilize your expertise to engage in RFP, RFI, and proposal solutioning and writing.
• **Cloud Expertise:** Bring your experience with Cloud migrations, SaaS, OCI, Fusion, AWS, and Azure to the table.
• **Stakeholder Liaison:** Act as the primary point of contact between business managers, business users, and the IT execution team. Support the definition of use cases, scenarios, and other critical elements.
• **Process and Technology Improvement:** Recommend enhancements to processes and technology that enhance the efficiency of the team’s operations.
• **Project Delivery:** Leverage your prior experience to deliver projects, whether they involve functional or technical solutions.
• **Feasibility Studies:** Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) for feasibility studies.
• **Oracle Solutions Implementation:** Demonstrate your proven track record in implementing Oracle solutions from both functional and technical perspectives
• **Collaboration:** Interact effectively with project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
• **Configuration:** Configure Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and thoroughly document application set-up. Manage scope and change requests related to technical requirements.
• **Production Migration:** Lead the migration of configuration, integration, and extensions to Production.
• **Oracle ERP Modules:** Utilize your Oracle ERP experience in at least two or more of the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Project Accounting, Purchasing, Assets, Expenses, Inventory, Project Performance Management, or Procurement, SCM, and Manufacturing.
• **Data Expertise:** Leverage your experience with data warehousing, analytics, and management solutions.
• **Team Development:** Draw from your previous experience to build and develop a high-performing team.
• **Networking:** Demonstrate strong networking skills, both internally and externally, to manage relationships effectively.
• **Client Service Excellence:** Uphold a strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
• **Communication:** Exhibit superior verbal and written communication skills.
• **Motivation:** Bring a high level of motivation, a strong work ethic, and a self-starting attitude to the team.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and background:

• Strong functional experience and background in areas such as Oracle Financials, Oracle SCM and Manufacturing, Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI, Hyperion, BI.
• Preferably, experience or exposure to Workday.
